Wuhan Kudat Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. warrants all machines sold by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 Months from the date of initial delivery and commissioning or fifteen hundred (1500) meter hours as recorded by the hour meter installed on the machine, whichever comes first. In the event of any defect arising in the equipment during the warranty period, Wuhan Kuat Industry & Trade Co., Ltd.’ s appointed dealer will undertake to repair or replace (at kudat's discretion) such parts or components that have been affected by defects in material or workmanship, at Wuhan Kudat Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. or its dealers place of business. Any attempt to repair such defects by the owner/end-user or any third party appointed by him/her may result in this warranty being voided and is not reimbursable by Wuhan Kudat Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. or its dealers.

This warranty is limited to failures arising from defective material or poor workmanship and is expressly in lieu of any other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and sustainability for a particular purpose or other terms as may be implied by statute or common law, which are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This warranty is limited to the rectification of failures on equipment sold by Wuhan Kudat Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. arising from defective material or poor workmanship and expressly excludes any liability for special, incidental or consequential damages or losses insofar as is permitted by law.

This warranty does not apply to components installed on or part of Wuhan Kudat Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. equipment where other Original Equipment Manufacturers' (OEM) warranties apply.
